The results of these tests aren't considered a diagnosis, but you can take the results to your doctor to explain why you think you might be neurodivergent. Promoting the acceptance of neurodiversity may have started with autism and the way it is managed, but it has grown to include the different types of neurodivergents. In addition, since the term neurotypical refers to not having a developmental disorder, it could be argued that one is neurodivergent when born without a neurodevelopmental disorder.
